MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTOR
Vince is a Bay Area native and has been training in martial arts since 1993 and teaching since 1998. He holds a fourth degree black belt in Moodukkwan Taekwondo and has trained in disciplines including San Shou Kickboxing, Northern Shaolin, Tai Chi and Toyama Ryu Battodo.

His approach blends traditional martial structure with modern striking and intelligent conditioning.

Whether in small group classes or private instruction, training emphasizes clarity, consistency and long-term development. Students train to move with intention, build strength and develop real skill at a sustainable place.

At Oakland Kickboxing, we offer private sessions and small group classes for students seeking purposeful, skill-based martial arts training.

Students learn to stand with structure, move with intention, build strength, and develop real skill at their own pace. Our training draws from both traditional and modern martial arts, emphasizing strong fundamentals, practical application, and steady progression.

Group classes are intentionally small and structured to build focus, discipline, conditioning, and technical skill in a supportive training environment.

Private sessions provide individualized coaching tailored to each student’s goals, with focused training blocks designed to support consistency and long-term progress.

Outdoor sessions are available throughout the East Bay, with private studio sessions coming soon. Pricing is straightforward and transparent — no registration fees, no long-term contracts. Just honest training, clear expectations, and a community built on mutual respect.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
KICKBOXING FUNDAMENTALS & PAD TRAINING

This class builds the essential tools of kickboxing: stance, footwork, strikes, defense, and pad work. A strong foundation is the most important part of long-term progress, and this is where we develop it. Beginners are welcome, and experienced students will continue refining technique, timing, and efficiency.
LIVE DRILLS & SPARRING

This class is where the pieces come together. Students practice offensive and defensive movement through structured partner drills and controlled sparring. Participation is open to members who are familiar with the fundamentals and ready to apply them in a live setting.

KIDS KICKBOXING (AGES 8-14)

Our Kids Kickboxing class helps students build striking skills, coordination, and strength in a fun and safe environment. Each session blends pad work, kicks, and age-appropriate grappling with teamwork and discipline, giving kids a clear path to see their skills and confidence grow week by week.
PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
ARRANGED PER CLIENT
Sessions are built based on each client's needs and range from a mix of conditioning, pad training or specialized skill training in martial arts (Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Norther Shaolin, Tai chi & Bokken Training). Please contact for rates and scheduling availability.
